Full-color, photo-real prints pressed onto the garment of your choice. From a single custom tee to a full team run — designed by you, printed by KoontzApparel.
Every order runs through our Procolored K13 DTF printer (13" / A3) — a direct-to-film setup that lays down vivid, full-color transfers, then heat-presses them straight onto your garment.
A professional 13"/A3 direct-to-film printer. We print your art onto film, powder & cure it, then heat-press it onto the garment for a vibrant, lasting bond.
Gradients, photos, fine line work, and unlimited colors — all in a single pass. No extra charge per color and no screen setup like traditional printing.
100% cotton, polyester, tri-blends, canvas and more — and it works beautifully on both light and dark garments thanks to a white ink base layer.
DTF transfers stay flexible, stretch with the fabric, and hold up wash after wash — no heavy, cracking, plastic-feeling print.
No minimum order. Want a single custom shirt for yourself? Done. Need matching pieces for a team, business, event or family? We scale with you.
Send us print-ready art and we move quickly. Rush options available — just flag your deadline in the request form and we'll do our best to hit it.
Four simple steps from your idea to a finished, ready-to-wear garment.
Fill out the custom request form below — upload your artwork, pick your garment, sizes and colors.
We review the art, confirm pricing, and send a digital proof for your approval before anything prints.
Your design is printed on the K13 DTF, cured, and heat-pressed onto every garment by hand.
We quality-check each piece, then get it to you for local pickup or ship it to your door.
Bring your own blanks or let us source them. If it can take a heat press, we can likely print it.
Fill in everything you can. The more detail you give us, the faster we can quote, proof, and print. Fields marked * are required.
Thanks — your request just landed in our inbox. Here's a recap. We'll reply shortly with a quote and a proof to approve.
We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution transparent PNGs give the cleanest, sharpest results. If you only have a low-res image, send it anyway and we'll let you know if it'll hold up at print size.
For raster images, aim for 300 dpi at the size you want it printed. A design meant to print 12" wide should be around 3600 pixels wide. Vector art scales infinitely, so resolution isn't a concern with it.
Our Procolored K13 DTF printer handles up to a 13" (A3) print width, which covers full-front, full-back and oversized designs on adult garments. We'll scale your art to fit the garment and placement cleanly.
Absolutely. DTF lays down a white ink base under your colors, so prints stay bright and vivid on black and dark garments — no dull or washed-out colors.
No minimums. Order a single one-off piece or a full bulk run — we handle both. Per-piece pricing simply improves as quantity goes up.
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. Treated this way, DTF prints stay flexible and vibrant for a long time.
If you have a rough idea or just text, note that in the request form. We'll work with you on the artwork before anything goes to print and send a proof for approval.
